What did you wish you knew before choosing your specific program?
It was mostly independent learning.
What was your best experience at university?
The social life: moving away from home and meeting new people.
What was your worst university experience?
My experience with teachers and the financial cost.
What is the hardest part about your program and what were the steps that you took to overcome any difficulties?
Understaffing and lack of diversity within the teaching staff. This could be helped by hiring more qualified teachers with more diversity.
What was your favourite module/course and why?
History of Art
What tips and advice would you give to first year students?
University is very expensive Take a year out if you need to and make savings so you can afford it; for me, the maintenance loan is not enough. Keep calm and carry on.
